What to do:

Only use contracts that have been vetted by a legal adviser or accepted by the Inland Revenue - but beware: just changing the contract and carrying on as normal is an option, but not to be recommended unless your usual mode of operation is fixed price contracts and working at home... However I would recommend joining the PCG and familiarising yourself with the latest information about legal actions by Inland Revenue - the fact is, most agents are now offering IR35-friendly contracts, so there is no need to panic, but it is to be recommended that you make your own judgement on that.

Above all, get up to speed with what is going on and join the PCG. It is well worth it.
